Our online resources provide educators with opportunities to learn more about how to reach multilingual and multicultural learners – including test preparation and courses for improving instruction.  We focus on diverse learners, especially linguistically diverse and multilingual students. We also design and facilitate professional learning to support educators in creating optimal learning for diverse populations.  

We are passionate about providing the best learning environments for students who are multilingual and linguistically diverse. We are committed to excellence and success for English Learners. We provide learning experiences for educators to grow and develop in ways that support mulitilingualism.

We come from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and are highly qualified educators who have been working in the field for over twenty-five years.  We believe teachers want to support their multilingual and diverse students but are often not prepared to do so. We provide training and support so that teachers will be better equipped to work with all students, particularly English Learners.  Our facilitators and contributors include educators who are leaders in the field of multilingual, multicultural education.

In this 8 hour online workshop,

you will have access to videos and downloadable files that are designed to prepare you to pass the test. With these materials you will learn and understand the state mandates for passing the ESL TExES exam, including federal and state laws regarding English Learners (ELs) and ESL programs, theories and research based methods for quality language acquisition, instruction, and assessment, and how to serve as an advocate for culturally and linguistically diverse students and their families. Terms and acronyms will also be covered.
